Plumas -Sierra Bicycle Club is a recreational bicycle club whose members have a common bond -the love of bicycle riding. Club activities include road and mountain bike recreation and training rides. We also share a commitment to our area with a charter to initiate and support programs that promote bicycling as an enjoyable and healthy sport and economical form of travel. 

Club membership is open to all abilities of cyclist. If you are new to bicycling, the club will get you rolling in the right direction. 

Our members equally enjoy a leisurely tour, a brisk pace, or tackling a mountain pass on smooth asphalt or a lonely dirt road. 

The club sponsors group rides every month on the rural back roads of Plumas and Sierra Counties, and on a vast network of dirt roads and mountain trails in the area. 

The club is also associated with several bicycle advocacy groups including the League of American Bicyclists. We work with such organizations to improve public awareness of bicycling through educational and bike safety activities in order to establish a “Bicycle Friendly Community” in the greater area. 

Through our monthly member’s newsletter, “SIERRA SPOKES”, PSBC publishes information about bicycling, bicycle clubs and activities, safety information, news about club rides, cycling tips and more! We also send email alerts to members about Show-Go rides and club news to anyone
